Dr. Lesseig&#8217;s primary research focuses on supporting mathematical reasoning (e.g., conjecturing, generalizing, justifying) in secondary classrooms.\u00a0 This includes investigating the mathematical knowledge, skills and dispositions needed to promote student reasoning and sense-making as well as understanding how classroom-based professional learning experiences can support teachers and teacher leaders in that work.<\/p>\n<p><em>STEM Education<\/em>.
